These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.
Item availability
Stock availability is subject to change. We try to keep accurate stock counts on our website, but there may be a stock discrepancy from time to time, and we may not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will ship the available products to you and contact you to determine whether you would like to wait for the back-ordered item to be restocked or request a refund.
Shipping Cost
The costs of shipping are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Delivery Terms
Production time
Usually production time various according to the products and their availability. In most of the cases it may take up to 4-7 business days.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days after production.
Our print supply operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the operation will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are only able to change the address within 24 hrs after purchase. Please make sure to provide correct and full address during purchase to avoid any kind of inconvenience or delay in your order delivery.
Parcel tracking
The purchased item will be produced and dispatched with in 2-3 business days after production. Customer will be notified through email about dispatch details and tracking number.
Duties & Taxes
The prices of all items are inclusive of all GST (Goods & Service Tax) as per the category of the item. Customer is responsible for any other custom duty or charges levied upon the parcel.
Order cancellation
Cancellation Due To Change Of Mind
We don’t accept order cancellation simply because of change of mind. We may accept order cancellation within 6-9 hours of making purchase on our website. If the production of item has been initiated order cancellation is not possible.
Returns
we will not accept returns due to change of mind as long as these products are NOT customized or personalized in any manner and a request to return is received by us within 1 day of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
(RNA Business Enterprise) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. Please read our Returns and Refund policy for more details.
