Welcome to CraftifyRNA. Please read our returns and refund policy before making any purchase on our website. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following returns and refund policy conditions. Please read these returns and refund policy conditions carefully before using our platform.
Returns
Craftify RNA is a print-on-demand based business platform, all products are unique and produced as per order. Each product is manufactured, printed, and personalized as per the customer’s requirements. Because of the uniqueness of this business, we are using a very strict returns and refund policy for the items.
Craftify RNA does not accept cancellation and any returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or color, or simply don’t like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, Craftify RNA is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for capturing the right information.
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing errors, printing issues, and such.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Item must be in original packaging. The product can be returned only if you have received a faulty or damaged product.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Downloadable products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly fill out the return form.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually up to 15 days).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact(at)craftifyrna.com.
