Order Issues

It is advised to make sure that parcel is very well packed before receiving the parcel from the courier delivery. In case of missing any item from your order, Please let us know within one day of receiving order.

Please submit the video recording of describing faulty item details. We will take appropriate decision after the confirmation of the faulty item.

Delivery

Please keep tracking the live location status of your parcel using supplied tracking ID.

International delivery option will be available as per your destination zip code during checkout. We can deliver the items worldwide.

Each order will be supplied a trackable courier booking number after dispatch of the parcel.

Returns & Refunds

Since our item are made to order after an order is placed based on customer’s choice so return or exchange of any item is not possible. Please make sure to check all available information about size and color as per your fitting preferences.

Return or exchange is not possible for custom print item. If you have any problem please contact us, we will try our best to solve it.
